1st Trip to Barmouth in 2025
Off to Barmouth of the first time this year and it's a beautiful day. Early March and the temperature has hit 20 degrees 🤪🌞☀️🏍️
Taking our usual route through Llandegla to Corwen which was really enjoyable this time, as there was no traffic, and cruise control was set at 50mph (to avoid the scuzzers) all the way across - that's the challenge for that road.
Straight to Barmouth without a normal stop in Bala, as the riding was perfect, the roads perfect, the weather just great!!!
Parked in the normal place on the front, but this time, no Davy Jones' Locker - we had a cup of tea in ISIS Pizzeria and then a panini in a scruffy little place from the outside, but really lovely fresh, simple food!
Riding out of Barmouth up toward Harlech and then headed to Ysbyty Ifan, which is a single track, mountainous road. We stopped on the Ffestiniog road to take some photos....This is certainly one of our favourite roads to ride. 
Obviously a customary stop off at The GL for a pint before another gorgeous beef stewy thing that has been in the slow cooker for 7 hours - this is definitely the way to do it! Few bees, watched 2 films Bay Watch 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 then The Popes Exorcist with Russel Crow - excellent choice of films...
